My name is Tara. I’m 19 and from NY.
My heaviest weight was 197 pounds. This was where I was last summer. I began running each day and doing the 30 day shred and got down to around 168 pounds.
I managed to gain a good portion of my weight back in college and got to 185 pounds. Since then, I’ve been working to get it back off and am currently at 173 pounds.
This blog shows my progress throughout my weight loss and provides motivation to inspire me and my followers to reach our goals!
My ultimate goal weight is 145 pounds! Only 30 more pounds to go :)
