I love this one because there’s only seven pounds difference in four months, but you can notice a huge change!!!  That’s definitely motivating.

Day 1 - December 26

I woke up super late so didn’t eat much.

  • a bunch of slices of cold cut roast beef (about 10) 
  • 2 slices of American cheese
  • half a brownie
  • 7 crackers with jelly
