Working out late at night, is not exactly the best idea.
Definitely going to start making an effort to get up earlier and start my day with a workout. Then I don’t have it hanging over my head all day, it’ll give me an awesome start to the day, and I won’t have the weight of what I ate working against me.
FEELING LIKE DEATH.
Well just went downtown and had lunch with some friends. We walked 15 blocks, so I’m just going to substitute that for my run.
Unfortunately, we went to a pizza place. The slices were small and that’s all I’ll be having today because I’m actually STUFFED. I’m gona have a banana later on before I go out tonight.
I just need to do my workout today, but I’m feeling so good about myself!

Yepp!! I’m doing the 30 Day Shred. It’s awesome!! I did it in the past and I swear by it. It’s only a half hour and it really works if you stick with it!! I’m also trying to lower my carb intake, only drinking water (alcohol on weekends!), and green tea every morning because it really boosts your metabolism.

Already super motivated for the day thanks to looking at all these before and after pictures!!
My biggest problem is late night snacks! Last night I went back downstairs and had a bowl of cereal and then a piece of a brownie.
I definitely need to work on that.
